Installation and Function
The DUO of 2 material components provides higher material displacement and enables higher loads. The plug activates the optimal product function (expanding and folding and knotting) depending on the building material for the best and safest hold.
The DUOPOWER is suitable for pre-positioned and push-through installation.
Suitable for wood-, chipboard- and stud screw. Screw length = plug length + fixture thickness + 1x screw diameter.
In case of board materials, the threadless part of the screw must not be longer than the fixture.
Because of the greater anchorage depth of the DUOPOWER 6 x 50, 8 x 65 and 10 x 80, the plug is especially suited to fixings in hollow building materials, aerated concrete and to bridge plaster (as e.g. in old buildings).
